1. About Adornia

2. Orders and payment
Full payment is needed when you place an order. Please see our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.

3. Shipping
Shipping is free on products that mention it in their description; for other products, standard shipping is Rs 100 per order, shown at checkout. Heavy or bulky parcels may have extra courier charges at actual cost, which we confirm with you before dispatch. Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days of payment. 4. Damaged items, replacements and refunds
Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Product photos
We try to show every product accurately. Handcrafted items may vary slightly in colour or finish from the photos.

6. Discounts
Discounts and offers are decided by Adornia and cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Address changes
You can change the delivery address free of cost before the order is dispatched. Address changes are not possible after dispatch.

8. Delivery
If a delivery fails or the parcel is returned because of a wrong address or phone number, the recipient not being available, or the recipient refusing the parcel, re-shipping charges are paid by the customer.

9. Duplicate orders
If the same order is placed twice, we will contact you to confirm before shipping.

10. Fraud
We may cancel an order that looks fraudulent. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Messages from us
By ordering, you agree that Adornia may contact you by SMS, call, WhatsApp or email about your order, feedback and offers.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Chennai.

13. Changes
Adornia may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order.
