Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We deliver all over India.

Shipping charges: For all  products, standard shipping is Rs 100 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Heavy or bulky parcels: For heavy or bulky parcels, extra courier charges may apply at actual cost (usually about Rs 100-130 per kg, depending on weight and location). We will always confirm any extra charge with you before dispatch. Shipping charges may also vary for multi-piece orders or certain vendor shipments.

Delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days of payment confirmation. For customised orders, we will confirm the delivery time with you when you order.

Urgent orders: Need it sooner? Call or WhatsApp us on 9840530336/9573449075  before you order and we will do our best to help.

Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Returned parcels: If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) because of a mistake in the details given by the customer, such as a wrong address or phone number, the return and re-shipping charges are paid by the customer.
