#Opening video of the parcel is mandatory for any return,replacement or refund .If a product is damaged in transit,some items missing,major change in design is eligible for replacement only on producing a complete unboxing video from the beginning till the end showing the fault in the video clearly. #Product might not be eligible for exchange in some cases,as well as cases of- Buyer return likes or dislikes,Incorrect model or colour ordered,Minor transit damage,Customised orders
#Replacement should be claimed within 24hrs of the product delivered period.
#There maybe slight difference in the color of the products due to photography and in handcrafted products due to availability of raw materials.
#If the order is cancelled by Adornia due to any unavoidable circumstances the order amount will be refunded to the source account within 4-7 working days.
